Air Fryer Dragon Fruit Donuts

Quick and delicious donuts made in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • For Glaze:
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1-2 Tbs Dragon Fruit Dream tea, prepared

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and yogurt; mix well until thick dough remains.

2. Lightly flour a counter and transfer the dough onto it. Knead dough several times until smooth. Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a long sausage shape and connect both sides to form a donut.

3. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place 2-4 donuts onto paper, leaving 1/2" apart.

4. Air fry donuts at 400F for 7-8 minutes, until firm on outside. Repeat process until all donuts are cooked.

5. While donuts are cooking, make glaze. Sift powdered sugar into a large bowl. Add 1-2 Tbs of prepared tea and mix until thick and smooth.

6. Let donuts cool a few minutes, then dip each donut into glaze and place on a wire rack.

*Notes: Store leftover donuts in refrigerator, covered, up to 5 days. Or Freeze donuts in an airtight container for 6 months.
