Below are a few of the many creatively delicious recipes we've received in the past featuring various teas.
Lazy Sunday Night Pork Chops
Submitted by: Varina Jones
I've always felt Sunday should be a lazy day, the kind of day where you lay around in pajamas reading the comics for at least a little while. Still, Sunday dinner seems like one that should be nice, flavorful, and at least a little bit fancy-seeming. Thus the Sunday night pork chop, which is very easy to make (check out the prep time) but rich and complex in flavor. The Yunnan tea pairs nicely with the pork, giving it a subtle smoky and peppery flavor and I decided to go for a vaguely Asian feel with the rest of the flavorings. Serve with tossed salad and a chewy baguette from your favorite bakery for a nice, lazy meal!
