Steak with Lapsang Souchong SauceSubmitted by:Steak simmered in the smokey flavors of onion and Lapsang Souchong tea. Prep Time: 20 minutes Serving Size: 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Generously salt and pepper both sides of the steak. Sear steaks until browned. Remove steaks and add onions and garlic to brown. Deglaze pan with the tea and scrap any bits off the pan. Return steaks to pan and continue to cook in the oven until desired doneness. |
