Heat oven to 375F, grease pan. Mix stuffing ingredients, set aside. Remove bones from chicken, leave skin on, but loosened. Insert 1/4 of stuffing mix between skin and meat of each chicken breast. Place in pan, drizzle with butter & season with salt/pepper. Bake uncovered in greased pan for 50 minutes (or until no longer pink.) |
