Citrus-Tea SalmonSubmitted by: erika meslohLemon, orange, Irish Breakfast tea, and brown sugar encrust this salmon to give it a truly flavorful zing. Prep Time: 15 minutes Prep time/ 20 minutes cook time. Serving Size: 4
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 1. In a mortar and pestal, coarsly crush the irish breakfast tea. 2. In a small bowl mix together the curshed tea, orange peel, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper. 3. In a separate medium bowl, mix egg and lemon juice together. 4. Drench each salmon fillet in the egg mixture and and place on baking pan. 5. Sprinkle the Citrus-Tea rub on each and spread evenly to coat each fillet. 6. Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy! |
