Blood Orange SalmonSubmitted by: Susan LynchAn easy and deliciously citrus way to serve salmon any time of the year. Prep Time: Preparation time 10 to 15 minutes plus 1 hour of refrigeration time for the sauce. 15 to 20 minutes to bake the salmon Serving Size: 4
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Place a 1 1/2 to 2 lb. piece of one inch thick salmon filet in a glass rectangular baking dish. Pour the sauce over the salmon and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is flaky when tested with a fork. Remove the salmon from the baking dish and serve on a bed of rice. |
