roasted vegetables

a great side dish with chicken or meat

Prep Time: 15 to 20 minutes

roast at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients
  • most vegetables will work
  • i used
  • 10 small red potatoes cut in half
  • 1 bunch of carrots cut in 3rds
  • 2 cloves of garlic whole
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup of kukicha tea
  • enough olive oil to cover vegetables and bottom of pain
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 pk. on snow peas
  • 5 to 6 squash
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
wash and cut all vegetables

put into roaster or heavy pan

turn oven to 350 roast

put vegetables into roaster sprikle with kukicha, salt and pepper and pine nuts. pour olive oil over vegetable place in oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
