Grilled Pu Derh Fish Fillets

nice smokey grill flavor makes a tasty dish along with a side of vegetable fried rice & grilled zucchini an/or sweet corn! Yum!

Prep Time: 30 mins
Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs of fillets cod flounder halibut whatever you prefer
  • chopped tomato
  • chopped scallions
  • fresh herbs are wonderful
  • add a dash of seasonings
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ms dash
  • tad of cilantro
  • thyme
Directions
brew 1 cup of very strong pu erh dante tea
drain

let cool a few minutes

add a dash of seasonings
garlic
salt
pepper
ms dash
tad of cilantro
thyme

sometimes I add some dry tea leaves and sprinkle across the top

wrap fillets in pieces of foil fold up cup like around the sides

wipe with a tad of mayo (we do but not necessary) pour some marinade over each
top with some chopped tomatoes & scallions
refrigerate about 10-15 minutes then place foil packets on grill
cook as desired they cook fairly quickly
do side, salad and/or veggies first while in refrigerator is how I do it and it'll all be ready together.
great served with your favorite wine or cocktail!
