Mint Sauce

Prep Time: 15 min cooking time. Steep overnight
Serving Size: 1 TB
Ingredients
  • 2 TB tea steeped in 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup malt vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Heat tea (do not strain) and sugar together until thoroughly dissolved and while very hot, remove from heat and add vinegar, mix well. Allow the sauce to cool in a glass container. Let it steep in the fridge for a day or two. Can be used as is or strained.
