Honey-Spearmint Lamb

Purchased Lamb chops basted with honey-spearmint tea glaze and broiled or grilled.

Prep Time: Infuse honey a day or 2 before using for best flavor. Grill or broile chops to desired doneness.
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of honey in 4 cup measuring cup
  • 1 tsp. Spearmint tea.
Directions
Microwave honey and tea for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir down and let set over night or longer if desired. Heat honey mixture again for 1 1/2 minutes and strain through cheese cloth and use as a baste for the lamb chops.
