Hojicha Lasse (pronounced Lah-Say)

Serving Size:
  • 2 heaping tbs Hojicha
  • 6 oz plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar (more to taste)
In a spice grinder or coffee grinder, powder the hojicha. You should be left with about 1/2 tbs powdered tea.
Stir all ingredients into yogurt. Blend til smooth.
Serve cold.
