Wuyi Oolong Couscous

Tea-infused couscous

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 3
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Near East brand Couscous
  • (or your favorite brand)
  • butter
  • Wuyi Oolong tea
Directions
Prepare according to package directions, using butter instead of olive oil and substituting half of the water for strong-brewed Wuyi Oolong tea.

The Toasted Pine Nut flavor is especially good.
I wouldn't recommend the Parmesan flavor for this particular recipe.

Great with Apricot Chicken and Shrimp served over the top!
