Masala Chai Smoothie

Cool, refreshing chai smoothie

Prep Time: 10 min.
Serving Size: serves 1-2
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 tsp. masala chai tea leaves
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream or Haagen-Dazs green tea ice cream
  • 1 c. ice cubes
  • cold milk
Brew tea in water and let steep 5 min. Strain.
Add 1 c. ice cubes
Pour into blender and add ice cream. Thin with cold milk if necessary.
Serve immediately.
