Faerie Tea Punch

Pink fluffy icy punch, perfect for parties--especially little girls' birthday parties.

Prep Time: 5 min. to make the tea time to cool and ice it time to let the raspberry sherbet to soften but not melt
Serving Size: 16-20 servings
Ingredients
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. Adagio Raspberry Patch tea
  • 1/2 gallon container raspberry sherbet
  • 2-liter bottle raspberry ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/3 c. sugar
Directions
Brew a 3-cup pot of Raspberry Patch tea using 2 tbsp. raspberry tea.
Add sugar.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate until really cold.
Pour tea into large punch bowl.
Scoop raspberry sherbet into punch bowl.
Pour in enough raspberry ginger ale to make punch fizzy.
Stir well and serve each cup with a chunk of sherbet.
