A caffeine-boosted smoothie what could be better in the morning?

  • 1 c. Irish breakfast tea, brewed strong, chilled
  • 1 c. frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1/2 c. fruit juice of choice
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt or silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp. honey, or to taste


Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
