Pumpkin Spice Turkey

A new way to eat your holiday turkey! Pumpkin spice tea infused turkey brine for a sweet, earthy turkey like nothing you have tasted before.

  • 1 Natural Bone In Turkey
  • 2 Gallons of Filtered Water
  • 6 TBSP of Adagio Pumpkin Spice Tea
  • 3/4 Cup of Sea Salt
  • 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup of Local Honey


Bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add all of the ingredients. Whisk thoroughly to dissolve the salt, sugar, honey, and distribute the tea. Let sit for 10 minutes. Filter the mixture and allow to cool completely below 40 degrees. Put the turkey and the brine in a clear plastic trash bag or crock pot bag and cover completely with the brine. This brine will make the turkey so flavorful and juicy with a taste of sweet earthy spices. Marinate for 2-3 days in the fridge. Cook the turkey according to package instructions. Allow to rest on cutting board for 20 minutes before slicing (resist the urge). Enjoy!
