Pork ribs marinated in a delicious sauce. Unforgettable flavors! Prep time: 15 min. Marinate time: 2-3 hours Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 c. brewed tea (any flavor)
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp. miso paste or 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 lb. Danish cut Pork ribs (can substitute chicken wings or beef flank)

Directions

Whisk sauce ingredients together. Marinate ribs for 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Roast at 350°F for 1 hour. Broil briefly before serving to brown. Can be grilled too.
