Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c. milk or milk substitute
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. Adagio blueberry tea
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions

Brew tea in hot water. Steep 3 min. Strain out leaves. Measure out 1/4 c. brewed tea and let cool.

Blend brewed tea with all other ingredients. Enjoy!
