Grilled Pu'erh Fish Fillets
Smoky grill flavor makes a tasty fish entree. Try serving with grilled zucchini or sweet corn.40 m 2
- 1-2 lb. fish fillets (cod, flounder, halibut, whatever you prefer)
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. loose Adagio Pu'erh Dante tea
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- seasonings to taste: fresh herbs, garlic, season salt, etc.
Brew 1 c. of very strong pu'erh Dante tea using 2 tsp. tea and 1 c. hot water. Strain and allow to cool.
Add desired seasoning to the brewed tea.
Set each fillet on a piece of foil and fold up the sides around it.
Pour a bit of marinade over each fillet. Top with chopped onions and scallions.
Refrigerate 15 min.
Cook on a preheated grill for 10 min. per inch of thickness.
Serve with sides of choice and a salad.
