- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 4 bags chamomile tea
- 2 bags orange spice tea
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
Sear pork chops in oil on each side until browned.
Add water to pan just to cover chops. Add tea bags to pan. Cover and simmer 20 min. or until meat is cooked through.
While pork is simmering, fry sliced onions until starting to brown.
Serve chops topped with ground pepper and cooked onion.
Goes great with shredded sweet-and-sour cabbage and mashed potatoes.
