Strawberry Daydream Sorbet

A Daydream tea-infused strawberry sorbet that is so simple and easy to make with a Yonana dessert maker (, but can also be made with a food processor or heavy-duty blender.

  • 2 tsp Adagio Daydream tea
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 pounds frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup honey (adjust based on sweetness of berries)


Steep the tea in 1/3 cup boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain and cool. Add the honey, mixing thoroughly. Pour mixture over the frozen strawberries and stir to coat. Allow berries to thaw slightly (approx. 5 minutes), stirring occasionally to continue coating with the tea honey mixture.

Turn on Yonana desert maker. Insert berries into the chute and push down with plunger, collecting the softserve sorbet in a bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly, adding in any additional tea honey mixture.

An alternate process is to blend the frozen strawberries with the tea honey mixture in a food processor or heavy-duty blender until smooth, adding a little warm water as needed for blending.

Ready to eat immediately as a soft-serve texture. Or, freeze 2-3 hours for a scoopable texture.
