Merry Grinchy Minty White Hot Chocolate
When I read Merry-Minty my mind went to Merry Grinchy Minty and I had so much fun playing with the theme. This fun, family friendly, "oh the weather outside is frightful", pajama wearing, movie watching, special, Merry Grinchy minty hot chocolate will make all your little elves smile.

- Hot Chocolate:
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Cups Whole Milk
- 5 Teaspoons Peppermint Tea
- Green Whipped Cream:
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- A couple of drops of green gel food Coloring
- Red hearts
Directions
Hot Chocolate: In a medium Saucepan add Chips, Cream, and Milk. Heat stirring until the chips are completely melted and milk just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add tea. Allow to steep 10 minutes. Strain and return milk to pan, discard the tea.
Make Whipped Cream: Put Cream, Sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form. Add green food coloring and gently fold until evenly color.
Reheat Milk in pan and decant into serving cups. Top with Whipped cream and sprinkle with little hearts.
