Wuyi Peaches 'n' Cream
The peachiness of Wuyi oolong is enhanced when infused into whipped cream and served over fresh peaches.10 h 2
- 2 c. whipping cream, chilled
- 2 tbsp. Wuyi oolong tea leaves
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced
Combine chilled cream and tea leaves in bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
Strain cream through fine-mesh sieve and discard tea leaves and solids. Combine cream and sugar in mixing bowl and beat until peaks form. Serve over sliced peaches for a perfect summer dessert.
