- + 1/3 cup Hojicha brew
- + 1/3 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- + 1 large egg white
- + 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- + 1/8 teaspoon salt
- + 3 1/2 cup sweetened flake coconut
Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Brew 1/3 cup Hojicha with 2-3 teaspoons tea.
Combine tea with next four ingredients and stir well.
Stir in coconut until well mixed.
Drop dough by tablespoon, 2' apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until browned.
Completely cool on wire racks, thn remove from cooking sheet. Enjoy with a fresh cup of Hojicha!
