Bitter Honeyed Apple

- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 1/4 c. jasmine tea, brewed
- 1 heaping tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. butter
Sautee the sliced apple in butter for about 3 min.
Add jasmine tea and cover. Simmer for about 5 min.
Drain the tea and add honey while still on heat. Turn until slightly sticky and warm colored. Serve immediately.
