Jasmine Bread Pudding
Delicious, creamy bread pudding with just a hint of Jasmine.40 m 2
- 8-10 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1/4 c. jasmine tea, brewed
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Arrange bread cubes in a lightly greased pan. In a separate bowl, mix tea and 1/4 c. whipping cream. Add liquid to bread. Bake in oven at 350°F for 30-45 min.
Mix condensed milk, remaining whipping cream, and butter over heat until bubbly. Pour over bread pudding to serve.
