Chestnut Beer a la Corsica

While traveling in Corsica I found a fabulous beer that incorporates the local specialty: chestnut. This is my version.

  • 1 12-oz. beer
  • 3 tsp. chestnut tea leaves


Soak the chestnut leaves in a room temperature beer for 5 min., then chill.
