Pu Erh Dante Fig Smoothie
The pu erh flavor could be a bit strong for some so reducing the amount of tea used, or adding more orange juice could be helpful.2 m 2
- 1 1/2 tsp Pu Erh Dante tea
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup figs (fresh)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (fresh)
- 1/4 cup banana
- honey/sugar (optional)
-Heat the milk, then pour it over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.
-Once it's ready, allow it to cool. *For a thicker smoothie, put milk into an ice cube tray.
-Place the ice cubes, figs, orange juice and banana in a blender, and you're done.
