Corned Beef Dip
Add a little zip to this ol' Irish dip with Adagio Irish Breakfast tea.1 h 2
- 1 12-oz. canned corned beef
- 1 1-oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 tbsp. brewed Adagio Irish breakfast tea, steeped 3-5 min.
Brew tea and set aside. In medium bowl, mash the corned beef. In small bowl, mix sour cream, dry soup mix, and tea. Combine with corned beef and stir to mix well.
Chill, covered, 1 hour.
Serve with rye crackers.
