Thai Tea Frappuccino

Cool down with a delicious Thai tea frappuccino you can easily make at home.

  • For Frozen Thai Tea:
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbs sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbs Adagio Thai Tea
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Whipped Cream Topping:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs sweetened condensed milk


Make Tea:

Combine Thai tea and hot water in a large cup and steep for 4 minutes. Strain out tea leaves and stir in brown sugar, set aside.

Make whipped cream topping:

Using a handheld milk frother, whisk heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk together until it doubles in size.

Blend ice, brewed Thai tea, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk until smooth. Pour mixture into 2 cups and top with whipped cream.
