Angel Tea Cake

A delicious twist on the classic angel food cake.

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 2 tsp. rooibos tea leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • red food coloring


Put loose tea and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir; allow to cool. Add cake mix and food coloring. Blend till frothy and smooth. Pour into pan and bake according to box directions, minus 5 min.
