Grilled Pi Lo Chun Tuna

Grilled tuna steaks flavored with Pi Lo Chun tea. So delicious!

Prep Time: Prep time: 5 min. Marinate time: 8 hours Cook time: 10 min.
Serving Size: serves 2
Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. Pi Lo Chun tea leaves
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 tbsp. strong brewed Pi Lo Chun Tea
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ΒΌ tsp. dry hot Chinese mustard powder
  • 2 4-oz. tuna steaks
Directions
Brew tea in water and let steep for 10 min. Strain.
Blend together 1 tbsp. brewed tea, soy sauce, honey, and mustard.
Place tuna steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
To cook, grill on high flame 5 min. on 1 side and 3 min. on the other.
Serve with spinach salad and rice.
