Small batch maple scones

Delicious maple scones infused with maple oolong and spiced up with cinnamon chips!

Perfect alongside a cuppa hot tea!

  • 3/4c heavy cream
  • 2T maple oolong tea leaves
  • 1/2 t maple extract
  • 1 1/2c flour
  • 11/2t baking powder
  • 1/2t salt
  • 3T sugar
  • 1/4c cinnamon chips


Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat cream and tea together, let steep for 20min. Strain infused cream

Sift the dry ingredients together, add the maple, sugar,cream and chips.

Mix until just combined, turn onto the baking sheet and pat into a 5 1/2in circle, cut into 6 wedges and separate.

Bake 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!
