Chai Latte Popsicles

A cool summer treat for grownups!

Prep Time: 10 min. + freezing time
Serving Size: makes 18 popsicles
  • 6 tbsp. loose masala chai
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. heavy (whipping) cream
Steep tea in the boiling water for 5 min. Strain.
In a bowl, empty the can of condensed milk. Add brewed tea. Stir to combine. Stir in cream and mix well.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
