Natural Valium Tea

For anxiety and trouble sleeping, drink one cup of tea.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cup per tablespoon of blend
  • 1 ounce chamomile
  • 1/2 ounce lemon-balm leaves
  • 1/2 ounce meadow sweet
  • 1/2 ounce passionflower
  • 1/4 ounce kava kava or valerian root (kava kava is a strong sedative so if you use valerian root instead, use 1/2 ounce instead of 1/4 ounce)
  • Dollop of milk and honey (optional)
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tablespoon of herbal ingredients. Steep for 10 minutes then strain. Sip and let your anxiety drift away.
