lapsang Salmon and Rice

Great as a cold salad with crackers or as a healthy entree.

Ingredients
  • 2cups cooked black rice
  • 1cup brewed lapsing slouching tea
  • 1/2 cup pimentos
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 2cups can salmon (skinless/boneless)
  • Doritos chips (app. 1cup crushed)
  • 8 oranges or bell peppers
Directions
Combine tea, salad dressing, relish and pimentos in large bowl. Add rice and salmon mixing thoroughly until we'll blended. Crush Doritos chips finely mix in as a seasoning. Stuff inside oranges or bell peppers . Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 min to serve hot or serve chilled for a great salad.
