Green Pekoe Citrus Marinade

This easy marinade really showcases the subtle flavor of Adagio's green pekoe tea. Excellent on chicken, fish, or pork.

  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/3 c. grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp. Adagio green pekoe tea, brewed
  • 1 tsp. Adagio green pekoe tea, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Use immediately or store in refrigerator up to 1 day. Use to marinate pork, chicken, or fish.
