Matcha Protein Muffins

Healthy and deliciuos matcha muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Nutsnmore Vanilla Almond Protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Adagio Teas matcha
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp milk of choice

Directions

Mix everything in a food processor. After a batter forms, pour into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 350*F for about 20 minutes.
