Hot Blood Orange Chicken

I came up this this recipe by dreaming a bout chicken legs. I want something that was low in sodium and fat but you can freeze well too. I love to cooked with chicken. This is a good chicken recipe. taste good and low in salt and fat

  • 4 fresh chicken legs quarter
  • 1 cup slice raw onion
  • 1 cup good fresh tomatoes sauce
  • 1 cup blood orange tea that is warm
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 fresh hot pepper slice paper thin
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped


Preheat oven to 350F

Wash chicken and pat dry. Place chicken in a large baking pan line with foil.

mix tomatoes sauce, tea hot sauce and ginger well. Pour over chicken. Bake for 60 minutes or until tender and with you stick a knife in the legg the juice run clear. Top with slice hot pepper and raw onion slices. serve warm
