Peach Glazed Grilled Chicken

Sweet and tangy peach glazed chicken

  • •10 Chicken Fillets
  • •2 Tablespoons Peach Serenity Tea Leaves
  • •2 Cups Water
  • •1/3 Cup Honey
  • •4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
  • •2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • •1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • •1 Tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • •5 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • •2 Yellow Peaches, skinned and cubed
  • •1 tablespoon Cornstarch


Brew the Peach Serenity tea leaves in the 2 cups water. Add tea and all ingredients except chicken to a saucepan. Stir on medium heat until boiling then turn to low and simmer for 8 minutes. Take off heat and pour into a bowl. Your peach glaze is now done.

Preheat grill for 5 minutes on High, then turn to medium and place chicken on grill. Brush your peach glaze on periodically with a basting brush as your chicken cooks. Once your chicken is done on one side, flip and continue basting. Once chicken is fully cooked, place on plate and spoon leftover peach glaze onto chicken and serve.

*I personally paired this with a Lime Cilantro Rice as my side.
