Peach Serenity Pancakes with Peach Syrup
A light, airy peach pancake with a delicious peach syrup makes for a great breakfast or dinner!

- Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 tbsp Peach Serenity Tea
- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 2 c Bisquik
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Syrup:
- 1/2 tbsp Peach Serenity Tea
- 1 c water
- 3/4 c diced peaches
- 2 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cold water
Directions
1. Cold steep 1 1/2 tbsp of Peach Serenity Tea with almond milk overnight (or a minimum of 6 hours)
2. Strain tea leaves from almond milk
3. Mix Bisquick, almond milk, sugar, baking soda and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes for extra fluffy pancakes
4. Grease griddle, heat
5. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter per pancake on griddle, flip when bubbles appear
6. Top with peach syrup and enjoy!
Syrup:
1. Boil 1 cup water with 1/2 tbsp Peach Serenity tea for ten minutes
2. add diced peaches and continue to boil for another 5 minutes
3. Add in sweetener and cinnamon, reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 5 minutes
4. Create a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with cold water. Mix in slurry slowly, add as needed to reach desired consistency
5. Best served hot over peach pancakes. Also makes for a delicious ice cream topper!
