Candy Cane Matcha Bark
Matcha bark with a candy cane twist, this is super easy to make.10 m 10
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 24 oz white chocolate
- 1 tbsp crushed candy cane tea
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Melt 12 oz chocolate, then add another 4 oz. Mix the tea in to this, and set aside. Melt the rest on the chocolate in a separate bowl, then sift in matcha and set aside. pour the tea chocolate bowl onto the parchment and spread out. From the matcha bowl, dot 12 dots onto the first layer, then swirl with a toothpick for a cool texture and look. You can try designs if you want. Sprinkle with salt, then scatter cranberries around. Stick in the fridge of freezer to set, then break into pieces and enjoy.
