Pumpkin Spice Mousse
A nice chilled creamy pumpkin dessert30 m 4
- 1 and 1/2 heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground pumpkin spice tea leaves
- 1/2 of a 15 ounce can of pumpkin
- 1/2 cup fine sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat combine the pumpkin, 1/2 cup heavy cream, sugar, and ground tea leaves.
Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes and then remove from heat and let cool completely.
Whip the remaining cream and vanilla until you get soft peaks and then fold into cooled pumpkin mix.
Ready to be served!
