A frosty combination of Earl Grey, coconut, and honey, this blended beverage is a cool dairy-free treat. The bright, citrusy bergamot is balanced by creamy coconut and vanilla. You can customize the amount of whip or more honey, as desired.

  • 4 g Adagio Earl Grey Bravo tea, steeped in 8 oz water at 190°F for 3 minutes
  • 6 oz plant milk, frozen in ice cubes
  • 2 oz canned coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Coconut whipped cream and orange zest for garnish (optional)


Steep tea, then chill.

Blend chilled tea, frozen milk cubes, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla.

Pour in glass and garnish, as desired.
