- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp. Wuyi oolong tea
Chop butter into small pieces and toss into the bowl of a stand mixer. Begin mixing on medium low. Add salt and mix for 1 min. on medium. Add tea and continue for 1 more min. Remove from mixer and use wax paper to shape.
Store butter tightly wrapped in wax paper in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
