Spiced Peach Cookies

Delicious cookies like a spiced peach tea.

Ingredients

½ cup coconut oil, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ cup peach pieces mixed with apple bits from a brewed cup of Peach Serenity tea, 1 ¼ cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ginger, 2 tsp sugar

Directions

Mix all the first set of ingredients together. Scoop into balls and set on a tray. Mix the second set. Roll the balls in the mix and return to a parchment covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
