Tea Jello

A simple, homemade jello without the artificial flavors.

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbs or 12 grams loose leaf Peach Serenity tea
  • Scant 1/4 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin


Steep tea for 10 minutes; strain. Add sugar to the tea and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin and stir again until it's dissolved. You may need to reheat mixture. If you do, put container in the microwave for 10 seconds, remove and stir. Pour mixture into a glass dish, and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. When jello is set, remove from fridge and cut into squares and enjoy.
