Mint Greek Lamb Burger

Step up your burger game with a Greek twist.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb ground lamb meat
  • 1/2 tsp mint tea leaves
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • tzatziki sauce (homemade or store bought)
  • fresh cucumber, sliced
  • fresh onion, sliced
  • gluten free hamburger bun

Directions

1) In a small bowl, thoroughly mix salt, pepper, and mint tea

2) Mold meat into a patty shape with a slight concave in the center of the patty. Make sure you form the patty slightly larger than your bun. This will shrink and plump during cooking.

3) Cook 8 minutes on grill or griddle, flipping once halfway through.

4) Add both sides of the bun face down to the grill or griddle in the last two minutes to lightly toast

5) Place meat on bottom of the bun, and top with sliced onion, sliced cucumber and tzatziki sauce.
