Super Simple Pi Lo Chun Rice
This incredibly easy dish takes very little time to make and tastes divine!20 m 2
- 2 tbsp. Pi Lo Chun tea leaves
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. white rice, uncooked
Brew tea leaves in water and steep 5 min. Strain.
Bring tea to a boil on high heat. Add rice and cover. Simmer on low heat for 20 min. or until liquid is absorbed, stirring every 5 min. Enjoy!
