Simple Summer BBQ Sauce
Add a bit of kick to this simple BBQ recipe with Adagio's Assam Melody tea -- good with any kind of meat.

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. brown packed sugar
- 1 tbsp. Adagio's Assam Melody tea leaves
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan, bring to a boil, and stir for 3 min. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min., stirring often. Transfer to a blender and thoroughly blend, making a smooth, thick sauce.
